1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using iJamia, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are signing up on behalf of an institution, you represent that you have the authority to bind that institution to these terms.
2. The Service
iJamia is a subscription-based Madrasa management platform providing student records, Hifz tracking, attendance, fee management, examinations, and related administrative tools, offered under the plan tier your institution has subscribed to.
3. Accounts & Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Institution administrators are responsible for the accuracy of data entered about their students, staff, and guardians.
4. Subscriptions & Billing
Subscription fees are billed according to the plan selected at signup. Plans may be upgraded or downgraded at any time; downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use iJamia for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to access another institution’s tenant data, or to interfere with the security or normal operation of the service.
6. Data Ownership
Your institution retains ownership of all data entered into the platform. Upon cancellation, you may request an export of your data within a reasonable period before it is deleted from our systems.
7. Limitation of Liability
iJamia is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, iJamia shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
