When you use iJamia, we collect account information (name, email, phone), tenant/institution data you enter into the platform (student records, staff records, financial data), and standard technical data (IP address, browser type, access logs) needed to operate the service securely.

We use collected data to provide and maintain the iJamia service, communicate with you about your account, process payments, improve the platform, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your data to third parties.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your institution’s data is stored in a tenant-isolated manner and protected with industry-standard encryption in transit. We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

4. Data Sharing

We do not share your data with third parties except: (a) sub-processors necessary to run the service (e.g., hosting, email delivery), (b) when required by law, or (c) with your explicit consent.

5. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. Institution administrators are responsible for the data of their own students, staff, and guardians entered into the platform.

iJamia uses essential cookies/local storage required for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
